All menus provide healthy options and low calorie substitutions.
- Detox Menu: This is the perfect way to enhance your body’s ability to eliminate toxins thus leaving you feeling rejuvenated. With this menu you will have to choice of juice only or a combination of juice and fruit/vegetable meals (no meat, no diary, no bread).
- Breakfast Menu: This menu will help you jumpstart your day with a healthy, grab and go meal on your way out of the door in the mornings.
- Regular Menu: This menu is for individuals that do not have any food restrictions.
- Vegetarian Menu: This menu features a full mix of fruit and vegetables aimed to provide you with ample enough ratios of protein, iron and omega 3’s.
- Keto Menu: This menu is low carb, with moderate protein and focuses on high fat from food items such as nuts, avocado, olive oil, etc.
- Platinum Menu: This menu features premium cuts of meat and will be high in protein.
- All lunch portion meals are under 500 calories.
- All sauces are served on the side in a separate container.
- Exact calorie count and macros per meal can be provided for an additional fee.
- Please choose a meal plan that best fits your dietary needs..
- After choosing a meal plan, you will then choose your meals from the options provided.
- Modifications can be made to the meals. There will be additional fees that will be determined by the modification (e.g. extra protein will start at $3+)
- Several payment methods are accepted except for personal checks. We do not accept personal checks.
- Deliveries are made on Sundays and start at 11:30am.
- When placing your order, you will choose a pick-up time from the options provided (e.g., 12:00pm – 2:00pm).
- You will also choose a pick-up location from the options provided when placing your order.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Food CAN NOT be exchanged or returned.

Yes, but you must order a minimum of 3 meals from the menu of your choice.
Yes we do provide catering services for small intimate parties as well as large gatherings. The price will depend on the menu and number of people in attendance. Please contact us today to receive a price quote for catering services.
